We will schedule a virtual appointment with you via video conference call to learn a little about about each other, and find out what you are looking to do. We will discuss the comps, our marketing strategy, and most importantly, your home itself. We will then create a game plan to get you exactly what you want.

Video Tour

We will take a video tour of your home via FaceTime, Zoom or Skype so we can get familiar with the property and discuss the features and amenities that make your home special.

Electronically Sign

You can sign the listing agreement and all documents electronically from the comfort of your home.

Photos

We will send our professional photographer to your home. Once we have the photos, we can begin to launch our comprehensive marketing campaign.

Showings

We will have a lock box installed and you need not be home for showings. We will provide shoe covers and gloves for agents and buyers viewing the property.

Negotiate & Accept Offers

Offers can be negotiated and accepted using our electronic signing platform.

Closing Time

Our mobile notaries will bring the closing to you.

Your Proceeds

Our title company will wire your proceeds directly to your bank account.

Virtual home selling might not be for everyone, so any or all of the steps above can be done in person as well.
