When you list a property with me, I use a multi-step marketing plan to get top dollar for your home. This includes everything from home preparations, staging, 3-D video, and professional photography, to internet syndication, neighborhood announcements and more.
My clients also receive the utmost in a fiduciary commitment of advice, guidance, and support. My lending experience helps me serve as a full-service resource on all aspects of the transaction, whether prescreening offers on behalf of sellers or advising buyers obtaining a mortgage.
